Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) – Calmaroi Medical Process

1. What is the first step of the medical clearance process?

The first step is an online consultation.

During this consultation:

  • Your documents are reviewed

  • Your medical history is assessed

  • Required laboratory tests are prescribed

  • The process and timeline are explained clearly

This step allows us to personalize your medical pathway and avoid unnecessary delays.

2. What happens after I complete my laboratory tests?

Once you receive your laboratory results:

  • You send them to us for review

  • We analyze the results carefully

  • If needed, we prescribe the required vaccinations

You will receive clear instructions regarding which vaccines are necessary and the recommended schedule.

3. Is there a required interval between vaccine doses?

Yes.

In general, there must be a minimum interval of one month (4 weeks) between two vaccine doses when multiple doses are required.

This interval is essential to:

  • Ensure optimal immune response

  • Comply with international medical standards

  • Avoid invalid vaccination schedules

Candidates are advised to plan accordingly to prevent delays in completing their medical clearance.

4. What is the final step of the process?

The final step is an in-office consultation at the clinic in Casablanca.

During this visit:

  • A complete physical examination is performed

  • Vaccination status is verified

  • All documents are reviewed one final time

  • The official medical form is completed

This appointment usually lasts 30–45 minutes.

5. When is my medical process considered complete?

Your medical process is considered complete once:

  • All required laboratory tests have been performed and reviewed

  • All prescribed vaccinations have been completed according to the recommended schedule

  • The final in-office consultation and physical examination have been conducted

  • I (Dr. Zarrou) am able to fully and correctly complete your official medical report with confidence

Only after these steps are finalized can the medical clearance be officially issued.

6. How long does the entire process take?

The duration depends mainly on:

  • Laboratory result turnaround time

  • Whether vaccinations are required

  • The mandatory one-month interval between vaccine doses (when applicable)

In straightforward cases, the process can be completed quickly.
If multiple vaccine doses are needed, additional time may be required.

7. Can I complete everything in one appointment?

No.

The process is structured in three essential steps:

  1. Online consultation

  2. Laboratory testing and vaccination phase

  3. Final in-office consultation and completion of the official form

This structure ensures medical accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.

8. Where is the final consultation performed?

The final consultation is conducted at:

Cabinet Médical Dr. Zarrou
Casablanca, Morocco

You will receive confirmation of the exact appointment time in advance.

9. How can I schedule my appointment?

Appointments are booked directly through the official booking page.

After booking:

  • You will receive confirmation

  • Instructions for document preparation will be sent

  • You will be guided step-by-step throughout the process

10. Why is the process structured in multiple steps?

The three-step structure ensures:

  • Medical safety

  • Regulatory compliance

  • Accurate documentation

  • Complete transparency

This method guarantees that your medical clearance is valid, complete, and professionally issued.

11. Can I perform the laboratory tests at a laboratory of my choice?

Yes. During the first step, you will be informed of the required laboratory tests.

You may complete them at a recognized laboratory of your choice.

Laboratory tests can also be performed directly at the clinic, in coordination with our trusted partner laboratories, to simplify and accelerate the process.

The clinic works exclusively with reliable partner laboratories to ensure the authenticity, traceability, and validity of all results.

12. Can vaccinations be administered at the clinic?

Yes. Required vaccinations can be administered directly at the clinic according to your medical situation and vaccination history.

13. Can I receive the required vaccines somewhere else?

Yes, you may receive the required vaccines at another authorized medical facility.

However, it is essential that you:

  • Keep the original vaccine box (including the batch number and barcode)

  • Provide official proof of vaccination with the date, stamp, and signature of the administering healthcare professional

This ensures full traceability, authenticity, and compliance of your medical file.

14. How many consultations should I expect and what is the cost?

All medical consultations at the clinic have a standard fee of 200 dirhams, whether the consultation is for:

  • medical evaluation

  • review of medical documents

  • prescription of laboratory tests or vaccinations

  • medical advice

This rule applies to all patients, including Calmaroi candidates.

The 200-dirham consultation includes one follow-up, which allows us to review laboratory results or additional documents and provide the appropriate medical prescription.

In most cases, candidates should expect two consultations during the medical clearance process:

1. Online consultation (200 dhs)

  • Review of documents

  • Medical evaluation

  • Prescription of required analyses or vaccinations

  • Includes one follow-up to review results

2. Final in-office consultation (200 dhs)

  • Physical examination

  • Final review of documents

  • Completion and signature of the official medical form

This structure ensures that the medical clearance is accurate, medically validated, and legally compliant.
