A Practical and Progressive Training Program
We offer medical circumcision training in Casablanca, based on a unique educational model developed since 2015.
This program enables healthcare professionals to acquire practical skills in outpatient surgery through direct, supervised, and safe learning.
Our goal: to help you become progressively autonomous, while ensuring patient safety and well-being.

Target Audience
This training is intended for:

Medical and paramedical staff wishing to acquire this skill in a structured and supervised environment.
Training Process: 4 Key Stages
1. Observation (≈ 30 procedures)
You attend several procedures to understand the surgical environment, instruments, and techniques. You take notes and ask questions in real time.
2. Assisted Practice (≈ 30 procedures)
You actively participate: preparing the patient, handling instruments, and assisting in specific steps under direct supervision.
3. Supervised Practice (≈ 30 procedures)
You progressively perform parts of the procedure, always under close supervision from our physician.
4. Independent Practice (≈ 20 procedures)
You perform the full procedure independently, with our physician present to support you if needed.
👉 On average, a beginner reaches autonomy after over 100 procedures, spread over 3 to 4 sessions of 5 days, with 7 to 10 patients per day. Progress depends on each participant’s pace and dexterity.
Session Organization

Duration: 5 consecutive days (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM).

Pace: 1 to 10 procedures per day.

Progression: 3 to 4 spaced sessions, allowing consolidation of skills.

Flexibility: training can be spread over several weeks.

Limitation: no more than 2 consecutive weeks to ensure effective learning.
Payment Terms
Payment for the training is made per procedure.
Two participants may join the same session and share the cost.
Continuous Evaluation and Post-Training Support
Learning does not end with the session.
You may continue to send anonymized photos of your cases to receive personalized feedback and improve your skills over time.
This ensures ongoing mentorship, unique in Morocco.
